Features a deco floral design in an iridescent pattern that shimmers pink fading into blue fading into pink from top to bottom.
Features a thin collar at neck with long pieces of fabric for tying into a feminine bow.
6 blue ornate plastic buttons on front for closure. Metal side zipper.
Pleated skirt for twirling the night away.
Sleeves have fabulous pointed cuffs.
Matching belt at waist.
