This is a vintage dickie or scarf.
I am not quite sure of the age of this item. I have only had experience with wool ones.
Made of a white batiste like material this is hand embroidered with cross hatching ? or eyelet lace forming a flower or floral pattern.
Measures 24" across top 12" from top to point ties are 8" long
This appears to be unused but folded.
